A Victorian Grand Tour unmarked gold brooch, set seven carved Italian lava cameo roundels, 4cm.

Slight surface scratching and denting to gold edges of roundels. Slight surface scratching to lava. Grey roundel has an indented mark left hand side of man's shoulder to frame.
