Folio album, grey paper covers, the upper inscribed 'Snaps, Baltic 1914-1918': comprising 94 tipped-in photographs with captions handwritten in ink, following progress of British submarine E9 and its crew, refitting in Russia Winter 1916-17 and at floating dock, from Russian Cruiser Parmentz-Agova; Reval harbour and town, inc. Russian submarines in dock 1917: a number of views of revolutionary crowds, including 'revolutionists addressing Parmentz-Agova's crew': Russian women clearing train tracks of snow: ERAs of E18, lost in Baltic Spring 1916 etc: with 6 further loosely inserted photographs, 2 of them from Russian studios: covers torn and with some old tape repair, some adhesion damage from tissue guards, otherwise good.
