A rare Fairbairn Sykes 1st pattern fighting knife, by Wilkinson Sword, with 17cm blade, the handle numbered 30946 to one side and 218 to the other side, in metal mounted leather sheath.
Tip of blade slightly bent. Signs of old rust to blade. Tiny nicks to blade edges. Small dent to raised centre of blade on one side. Small dents to grip and pommel. Some wear to scabbard surface particularly where handle rests. Dents and scratches to leather and nickel mount. Generally in good used condition.
