English School, early 19th century, bust length portrait of a lady in a landscape, oil on panel, 26 x 24cm, in a carved giltwood frame.
Appears generally good. Some craquelure to surface. Surface a little uneven in places. Minor fluorescence to back of her right shoulder when viewed under UV lamp. Old holes and minor repairs to back of frame. Frame has uneven gold painted finish. From a local deceased estate.
