A Turkish Kilij and scabbard, having horn bulbous grip, the curved single edged multi fullered blade etched with Man in the Moon, stars, sun in splendour and foliate scrolls, 81cm blade.
Signs of old rusting to blade and guard. Insect damage to horn grip. Scabbard showing rusting to steel mounts and loss to leather and wire decoration. Blade - 30mm broad. Pommel and guard firm.
