A Victorian silver melon teapot, by John Mortimer & John Samuel Hunt, London 1841, 800g all in.
Hallmarks clear except makers mark on body which is very rubbed.
Denting to body.
Surface scratching.
Small soldered repair to body where the lower part of the handle is joined.
Please note; ivory spacers are present on the handle and this may be a problem if this item where to be exported to some countries.
