A good Japanese bronze and onlaid rectangular casket, signed, possibly by Koichi for the Koroda workshop, Nogawa mark to base, Meiji period, the hinged top finely decorated with a swan in flight before a full moon, with gilt metal lined interior, 14cm wide.
Minor dent to front. Small depression to top. Very slight bend to edge of hinge.
