A French Lebel M1886 cruciform bayonet and scabbard, stamped RP and numbered 98494, with leather frog.

Blade 52cm, scabbard 53.5cm.
No serial number on scabbard. Press stud functions. Scabbard has some very minor small areas of corrosion with a large patch under frog. Some minor dents to scabbard but otherwise ok. Light scattering of corrosion to areas of blade. Corrosion to very tip of blade.
